Description

The Engine is a 350 Chevy with a 4 bolt main and was installed as a factory rebuild, but keep in mind that the engine has not been cranked for about 30 years! It has a Holley 650 double pumper, Edilbrock Scorpion manifold, headers and 1-into-4 black side pipes. Trans is a Borg Warner T-10 with a Hurst stick. The bodywork was completed to near perfection many years ago and was done properly and to perfection. Even the door jambs and firewall received bodywork as I was building it as a show truck. This truck is missing the entire bed, all glass, grill, running boards and front bumper. I will need to take a closer look to see what other parts, if any, are missing. I should have many of the smaller parts at my mother's house such as, hood emblems, (Purchased new or NOS) door handles, mirrors, etc... I live out of state currently and I will need to make arrangements to come up and find/collect parts if I feel that I have someone seriously interested in it, but, if you would simply like to look at the truck, my brother can meet you at the location where the truck is now. The Micky Thompson tires still hold air but I am sure that they are dry-rotted and unsafe for travel. Even though the truck was garage-kept, the Crager mags are well rusted as much of the chrome plating under the hood, rear bumper, differential pumkin, shocks, etc... The front fenders are fiberglass and are in good to great shape. I converted to a flip nose and I should still have the hydraulic kit that operates it. The truck was completely taken apart and the frame etc... was sandblasted and painted in black Imron. The manual brakes were completely redone. The radiator was rebuilt. The interior was started but not completed. (Nicely painted dash in red/maroon lacquer, chrome, gauges, nice steering wheel, chromed steering column and brackets, sand/beige diamond tufted bucket seats, stereo woofers and tweeters and some other stuff that I am forgetting about. A power steering unit was installed. Currently, the truck has zero curb appeal to most people, but to those who have an appreciation for street rods and customs will see past the dust, rust and patches of primer! This truck is priced for a quick sale as I am losing my storage and I would rather not make arrangements to haul it down to North Carolina from New Jersey.
