Made of 1/8 inch steel and 33 inches long, these 1953, 1954, 1955 and 1956 Ford F100 pickup truck front frame boxing plates will add strength to the front of your 53-56 Ford F100. You should almost always box your frame when you add independent front suspension to the front of your truck. If your truck is stock with the straight axle, don't box the frame. It's meant to flex a little bit.
