1971 Chevy Cheyenne Super 4x4 Style: Rare Classic Truck Overview: “The rarest of all 1971 Chevy trucks” In 1971 Chevrolet made only 3068, SWB Fleetside K-10 trucks, and most of them were work trucks. Fewer than 20% of them were Cheyennes and even a smaller percentage of those were Super Cheyennes. I’ve been told that less than 100 of these SWB K-10 Super Cheyennes were produced and only a few have survived…. Since this truck didn’t have its original engine, I decided to make it even rarer by installing a completely rebuilt, stock 402 cu inch big block – an available option in 1971 on C-10s and 20s..
